Wow! What a great day. Lots of settlements and happy people. Started the day with some great buyers who built a home and today was the day they had been waiting for. Traveled to Pottstown to settle an old refurbished farmhouse and log cabin. Then went to Macungie to finish up a building lot sale there. All in all everyone was happy. That is sometimes rare in the real estate industry today. Thank you to my staff, buyers, sellers and agents for your diligence. It is always a pleasure:)
We now have a new manager at Prudential, Landis Homesale services. Her name is Heather Christie. I commend the management at Pru, Landis HSS for acquiring a highly skilled person for this position. I have done business with Heather in the past and she has always proved to be both knowledgeable and honest. Having someone like her to discuss and play out real estate scenarios with is a great benefit. I am very appreciative of the move. It has already proved beneficial to me:)
